The Executive Structure Of Matter

1 – Brick Assemblies

Brick Matter is routinely modified by Executive Matter operating under Code
control. All products made this way, (that is by Executive Matter Processes),
and that contain no Code are called (by Tesom), ”Brick Matter Assemblies“,
or in short, “Brick Assemblies“.

Brick Assemblies are very special uniquely identifiable objects amongst all
other Brick Matter objects in the universe. Unmarked objects such as a pen, a
bridge, the ancient pyramids, a table, cups, doors are all Brick Assemblies.
They are made of Brick Matter only, but by Executive Matter processes.
Most of the objects in the world’s museums are Brick Assemblies. Finding any
Brick Assembly on another planet would create a very special moment in
history.

Even a stone arrow-tip, shaped by an ancient crafts person, is a Brick
Assembly. It was made by Executive Matter under Coded Matter control.
It can only be identified as being made by Executive Matter under Coded
Matter control by Executive Matter operating under Coded Matter control.

Humans choose to live in a “Brick Assembly world” but non-humans make
Brick Assemblies too. Consider an ants nest. If an abandoned ants nest was
found on Mars we would know it had not come into existence by Executive
Matter Processes. Ultimately we can say that it is the product of Code.
Human made Brick Assemblies are often market with Coded Matter to identify
them in some targetted way, such as a product name, code number, serial
number etc.

Hair, coral, shells, wood and feathers are special cases of Brick Assemblies.

Brick Assemblies always dissemble over time back to Brick Matter. For
example a car will eventually revert back to it’s fundamental components by the
action of non-Executive Matter Processes such as oxcidisation. The
fundamental components will be redistributed until the situation at the end is
indistinguishable from the situation at the start. No evidence will exist that the
Brick Assembly ever existed. All Brick Assemblies are not permenant, unlike
Brick Matter itself, which can be considered to be permanant for all normal
purposes.  

2 – Code Assemblies

Brick Matter is routinely modified by Executive Matter operating under
Coded Matter control. But Executive Matter operating under Coded Matter
control can also modify Brick Matter into Coded Matter. Such an object is
classed under Tesom as a Coded Assembly. Consider a simple undecorated
white cup and a computer hard drive loaded with user applications and data.

From a structure of matter point of view how similar are they? They are both
made from various types of matter, each elemental type can be found in the
periodic table of atomic elements. But are they “equal”. What one would be the
more exciting to be found on Mars? The computer drive of course. What might it
tell us? It’s contains Coded matter, it is very very special, it can not be equated to
a cup, it is completely different. When processed by it’s target Executive the
computer drive yeilds it’s purposes. The cup remains just a Brick Assembly.

An Executive assembly is a fact Executive matter.

3 - Executive Assemblies

Brick Matter is routinely modified by Executive Matter operating under
Coded Matter control. But Executive Matter operating under Coded Matter
control can also modify Brick Matter into Executive Matter. Such an object is
classed under Tesom as an Executive Assembly.
 
Consider an electronic processor chip and a fully functioning computer.

Both are the product of humans, thus they are the products of Executive
Matter under Coded Matter control. They are made from Brick Matter by
Executive Matter processes. An unpowered processor chip is a Coded
Assembly. It contains Coded Matter. Only when powered up and part of a
functioning computer does it transform itself to become Executive Matter under
Coded Matter control. It is then free to perform as per the purpose centric
Code of it’s internal Coded Matter (firmware) and it’s feed stock Coded
Matter (software programs).

Such a computer could be part of a system to produce Coded Matter, (data
and programs) and even Executive Matter (more electronic processor chips).
All such products are ultimately manipulations of Brick Matter by Executive
Matter under Coded Matter control.

All Executives, (Executive Matter) are Executive Assemblies because all
Executive Matter is made by Executive matter under Coded Matter
control.

• E/01 Executives are made of Brick matter, but an Executive is not 
• —— just Brick, like a silicon microprocessor is not just silicon
• E/02 Executives contain their own internal Code, but an Exective is not
• —— Coded matter it is (like Coded matter is) a hybrid of Brick matter
• —— and Coded matter.
• E/03 Executives contain Code driven machinery, mechanisms that turn
• —— Coded instructions into Brick manipulating actions. This machinery
• —— is what uniquely identifies Executive matter.  
• E/04 An Executive is always required in the production of Coded matter
• E/05 An Executive is always required in the manufacture of Executive
• —— matter
• E/06 An Executive is nothing without valid, purposeful code.
• E/07 Executives are logically complex and are likely to have many Code
• —— dependent purposes.
• E/08 An Executive is always running it’s operating code and making
• —— logic based decisions.
• E/09 Executives make all the logic based decisions needed to fulfil the
• —— purpose of it’s joint operating Code.
• E/10 Executives are always purposeful, driven by a coded purpose.
• E/11 Executives can routinely modify Brick.
• E/12 There are many different types of Executive matter.
• E/13 All communications are from Executive matter to Executive matter.
• E/14 Executives have an expected lifetime, they are time dependant,
• —— they age. They breakdown back to Brick and thus go out of
• —— existence, new ones must be made constantly. If all the Executives
• —— in the universe ceased to exist, only Brick matter would be left. No
• —— more Executives could come into existence by means of Executive
• —— processes.
• E/15 Executives can co-operate together in both small numbers and
• —— large numbers (trillions) when necessary to achieve extremely
• —— complex tasks in accordance with their Code’s purpose.
• E/16 Only Executives carry out activities. All activities rely in some way
• —— on a supply of  particular types of Brick matter. Executives
• —— consume resources as they operate.
• E/17 Only Executive matter requires resources to maintain it’s existence.
• —— Resources are particular types of Brick matter or Brick assemblies.
• E/18 All Executives run processes that can include; 
•         a) Real time external data collection, storage and management
•         b) Data representation

• C/01 Coded matter is made of Brick matter that has been encoded,
• —— Brick matter is the Coded matter’s media. But remember
• —— Coded matter is not just Brick matter, like a paper book is not
• —— just paper. They both contain an abstract component namely,
• —— ”Code“.
• C/02 Coded matter contains no Executive matter.
• C/03 Coded matter cannot be made by Brick matter acting alone (without
  —— Executive matter).
• C/04 Coded matter is always required to make Coded matter.
• C/05 Coded matter is always required to make Executive matter.
• C/06 Coded matter can produce Coded matter when run by Executive
• —— matter.
• C/07 Coded matter is normally associated with it’s target Executive 
• C/08 Coded matter can exist in isolation from it’s target Executive matter
• C/09 Coded matter must be run by an Executive for the purpose of the
• —— Coded matter to be realised.
• C/10 Coded matter is nothing without it’s target Executive matter.
• C/11 Coded matter is purposeful, it is intelligence in transit, intelligence in
• —— a physical form or rather a physical representation.
• C/12 Fully understanding all the Code in Coded matter will not bring
• —— about a complete understanding of how Executive matter achieves
• —— it’s purpose. This is because Executive matter contains Code too.
• —— For a full understanding, all the Code in the Coded matter and
• —— Executive matter must be understood.

• B/03 Brick matter contains no Executive matter.
• B/04 Brick matter cannot be made directly by Coded matter.
• B/05 Brick matter cannot be made by Executive matter

• B/08 Brick is changed and modified by natural processes

The 3 types of matter defined by TESOM interact in ways that are governed the
Laws of TESOM. They are set-out here as truth tables. No attempt has been
made to reduce the truth statements to a minimum number by a logical refining
process. The list is verbose in an attempt to aid clarity and reduce
misunderstandings.

The lists of laws show here is not expected to be complete.

Coded Matter is an atomic particle that has a physical and non physical
presence. Code is a targeted and purposeful group of sequenced instructions
and related information whose purpose can only be achieved when it’s target
Executive matter operates it.

Physically speaking, Coded Matter is a Brick assembly that has been encoded.
In Coded Matter, the Brick is the media, (the foundation or framework), on
which the Code is built. The media also provides the formating for the Code
so that it is readable to the target Executive.

There are very many different Coded Matter particles, with a seemingly infinite
scope for more. Coded Matter is purposeful, it is intelligence in transit,
intelligence in a physical form. It is also a communication by Tesom’s definition.

Coded Matter modifies Brick Matter indirectly through Executive Matter
and Executive processes. Coded Matter is created by Executive processes
only, it can never be created by non-Executive processes.

The Code part of Coded Matter is completely non physical. It is not the stuff of
stars, it is the stuff of Executive Matter prodcesses only.

No particles of Coded Matter can originate in stars. Particles of Coded Matter
can be broken or damaged and can therefore become dysfunctional. Coded
Matter will revert back to Brick Matter when it’s Code is destroyed.

Particles of Coded Matter can be very small or very large, the size of Coded
particles is not important. However Coded particles are always very large
compared to particles of Brick Matter and some are identified in modern
documents for example, “DNA”. The vast majority of Coded particles are
biologically based.

The Brick Matter part of Coded Matter does not matter particularly. It’s
special power is in it’s Code only.

The essence of Code

Code is not physical, it has no dimensions and no mass. Consider a pile
of used matches on a table cloth. I arrange some of them into letters
spelling out an English sentence. Then I shake the table clothe so that
the sentence is broken up into a meaningless pile of matches. What has
happened? The atomic structure remained unchanged throughout, yet
for some time the matches were encoded with a message. The message
was created by Executive Matter inside my body, it had a target Executive.
The message would have a purpose which would have resulted in action
by the target Executive. This action may be enormously complex, caused
by a message that was just a special arrangement of Brick Matter. It is in
fact a Brick Assembly. See “(Brick assemblies) —–Defined“, at the top of
this page.

The identification of Coded Matter

Since the vast majority of Coded Matter particles are biological based, the
identification of Coded Matter particles is in the hands of biologists. However
at the risk of being completely wrong and having a desire to make this theory
more complete I will offer a suggestion to get the ball rolling. DNA is without
doubt Coded Matter. But what about a computer program residing on a hard
drive, is it Coded matter too. Check whether it satisfies all the “Laws Of 
Coded Matter“? What about a newspaper, is it Coded Matter? If they are not
Coded Matter, why not? What are the limits, the boundaries of Coded Matter.

The origin of Coded matter

The origins of Brick Matter and Coded Matter are different. The origin of
Coded Matter is not the big bang or stars. At this time, there is no scientific
explanation for the origin of Coded Matter, it is still a mystery that is open
to speculation and scientific examination.

An atomic particle made from Brick Matter and Coded Matter. A coded object
that runs decision making processes and can modify Brick Matter and build
things with Brick Matter (Brick Assemblies). It’s effects on Brick Matter are
not limited to the laws of atomic interaction. Executive Matter uses the
intelligence built into itself and Code matter to carry out processes far more
complex than can be achieved by Brick Matter alone.

Executive Matter can co-operate with other Executive Matter, this is a key function of many (but not all) types of Executive Matter.

Executive Matter can modify Brick Matter using Executive processes.

Executive Matter is created by Executive processes only, it can not be
created by non-Executive processes.

No particles of Executive Matter can originate in stars.

Unlike Brick Matter, Particles of Executive Matter can be broken, damaged
and thus become dysfunctional.

Executive Matter will revert back to Brick Matter when it’s code is destroyed.

Executive particles are always very large compared to particles of Brick
Matter and are largely undocumented at this time.

The vast majority of Executive Matter particles are biologically based.

Consciousness may be considered as the Executive of the Executives.

In TESOM the term “Executive” can be used freely instead of the term
“Executive Matter” . Executive Matter operates throughout it’s operational
life as an Executive, a decision making, controlling entity. The source of
direction, a director,  in the physical universe.

Biologists are in the best position to identify and classify Executives. Living
cells are likely to contain many Executives working together. Proteins may be
Executives. I must leave that to others.

Sensors, data and Executive Matter

But this is not the full story, if it were then the power of Executive Matter and
Coded Matter would be completely wasted. The ability to integrate with the
environment is essential via the use of measurement devices or “sensors” for
incoming information and movement facilitators or “actuators” for outgoing
information and actions.

Executive Matter normally receives information about it’s environment as a real
time data stream from it’s own environmental sensors. This information is Coded
for it’s target Executive. It is used by the Executive to influence the processes
under the Executive’s control. The range of influences are defined by the
Coded Matter and the coded part of  Executive Matter. It could go as far as
to influence the Code produced by the Coded Matter production process. 

This may seem complex, but biological Executive Matter operating under
Coded Matter control is not influenced in the slightest by how complex a task
might be. Simplicity and complexity are equal under Tesom except that
complexity can be expected to use more resources.  

Executive Matter: The Atomic-Bricklayer

Executive Matter are very large molecules the are purposeful construction
machines. In the atomic world they are the Bricklayers, indeed they are the
ONLY Bricklayers in the physical universe. They change the probability of
certain very unlikely events happening. They distort time. The chances of
human life existing by chance seems very very remote, yet we are here. Our
bodies contain billions and billions of “Atomic-Bricklayers” that must continue
to build faster then the natural destructive process in order for us to continue
to live.  They provide the time machine for our journey of consciousness. 
Consider modern science, it is scientific to believe that if you wait long
enough anything and everything will happen. But the living world cannot wait
long for anything. I need food and drink, here, today. Infinity is no use to me.
I rely completely on the work of the Atomic Bricklayer throughout my
existence. My end will not come untill my bodies Atomic-Bricklaying stops.  
The Brick-Assembly that is me will break down back to Brick matter or
used as Brick Assembly feedstock for other Atomic-Bricklayers.

Atomic-Bricklayers are like all professional builders, they are regulated. They
don’t build what they might want, ever. They follow the purposeful plans given by
Coded matter and they follow them to the letter. They are under control always
and although the environment may be allowed to provide input and variation into
the plan, the extent of this is set by the Coded matter. 

The Tesom Laws that apply to Executive matter also apply to all
Atomic-BrickLayers by definition.

The identification of Executive matter

Since the vast majority of Executive matter particles are biological based, the
identification of Executive matter particles is in the hands of biologists. However
at the risk of being completely wrong and having a desire to make this theory
more complete I will offer some suggestions. Ribosomes are strong contenders 
for title, “Executive matter”, in living cells. They are dynamic Code driven
contruction machines that are purposeful and effective masters of their
non-Executive Brick matter surroundings. Effectively an Atomic-Bricklayer
able to bring the purpose of all it’s Code to fulfillment, even to the making of
more Atomic-Bricklayers. 

But what about human made micro-processors could they be Executive Matter
too? Check this idea against the section, “Laws Of Executive Matter“, are all
the laws satisfied?

Anything that is physical only is made of Brick Matter. Atomic particles, whole
atoms and molecules, they are all Brick Matter. But Brick Matter contains
absolutely no Code. Brick Matter is real only, and unlike Executive Matter
and Coded Matter it has no abstract part.

All of the elements of the periodic table are Brick Matter. All common
compounds are Brick Matter. Nearly all the universe is made from Brick
Matter.

All the types of matter defined by the theory called “The Structure Of Matter” are
Brick matter. Executive matter and Coded matter contain Brick Matter  and
Code.

Brick Matter is modified by two types of processes Non-Executive processes and Executive processes. There are many types of Non-Executive processes and many types of Executive processes. They are simply the names given to the two most fundamental categories of material processes in the whole universe.

Many types of Brick Matter originate in stars through non-Executive processes.

Every new particle discovered by the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) will be Brick
Matter.

There are only 3 types of matter in the whole universe.

1 – Brick Matter
2 – Executive Matter
3 – Coded Matter

There are only two types of process in the whole universe.

1 – Non-Executive Matter Processes or in short Non-Executive Processes 
2 – Executive Matter Processes or in short Executive Processes

Thus if you take any single piece of matter from any place in the universe it will
be either Brick Matter, Executive Matter or Coded Matter and any process
in any part of the universe will be either an Executive Matter Process or a
Non-Executive Matter process. A Non-Executive Matter process is one
that does not involve Executive Matter.

Brick Matter and Non-Executive Processes form the vast bulk of the
universe. Executive matter, Code matter and Executive processes are
dramatically abundant on the Earth’s surface, oceans and atmosphere and play
an essential role in everything we love.

The current theory of matter, lets call it the “Non-Executive Theory Of Matter”
is perfectly satisfactory for providing an understanding of Brick Matter. It fails
however to categorise and define Executive Matter or Coded Matter which
although rare by comparison to Brick Matter are of huge important to the 
human race and all it’s activities. Tesom therefore announces two new atomic
particles. 

Two new atomic particles

Does all this mean that there are two new fundamental particles. TESOM claims,
“YES”. TESOM has identified two new fundamental particles, the Executive
matter particle and the Coded matter particle. Like electrons or protons they can
not be ignored. Unlike many particles, a particle accelerator was not needed to
find them because they are always very large in comparison to all other
particles. They are exclusive and fundamental to all living things. Coded matter
particles such as DNA have been known for some time, but now through TESOM
they are fully embedded into the nuclear family and their proper position is more
fully described.

More than just a molecule

Executives and Code are not just another type of molecule in the family of
molecules. Most molecules in the universe are not made under Executive
control, rather they are a product of the laws of Brick including chemistry,
metallurgy. electro-chemistry and the laws of thermodynamics and nuclear
processes.

But more importantly ordinary molecules have no Code. This is the reason why
Executives and Code are not ordinary molecules, they are encoded, they
contain Coded matter. They are not just Brick, they are very, very special.
